Have you tried using with Riotboard?

Postby redheadedrod » Mon Sep 26, 2016 8:16 pm

I am looking at purchasing a riotboard which contains a RPI compatible expansion header and if no USB components are connected will run on a 1A 5 volt supply. Do you know if hardware wise your board will work with these boards?

While the Odroid boards are nice too they won't do what I want to do for other projects so I am looking at the viability of using your boards with the riotboards.

May be a moot point for me since I own RPI2b and RPI3B boards already. But considering what interfaces to look at for a college lab I am helping to build.

we still not verified Riotboard, but if the GPIO ports follows the Raspberry standards, theretically you can connect Carberry.
Please consider that the present power feeding of Carberry is able to supply max 1,5A to 5V, but we're working to a Carberry 2 version that will be able to work with Raspberry PI 3 and to give more current. Stay tuned!
best regards
