Return OK

Notes:
  - The identifiers is used only in new OBD approach. Legacy approach continue to use profile-defined identifiers.
  - Identifiers are encoded according to current alignment. Pleaser refer to [[carberry:cmds:subsys:canbus:user:align|CAN USER ALIGN]] to an introdution of identifier formats.
