===== RTCC ALARM =====

With ALARM command you can read / set an alarm the Carberry RTCC.
When the alarm time is reached by RTCC then an EVNT RTCC is triggered

  RTCC ALARM <hh:mm>|OFF
  
ALARM accepts three parameters as:

|hh| hour | 00 - 23 |
|mm| minutes | 00 - 59 |

ALARM command returns current alarm set if no parameters are provided.

== Note ==
When alarm is triggered an event EVNT RTCC is transmitted to Raspberry.
If system is in sleep then RTCC alarm will wake-up it and no event can be read because of power-up delay.
When the system it awakened by RTCC alarm then it will begin a shutdown procedure unless from Raspberry will not arrive
