The command returns one of the following responses:

IDLE The resistive steering wheel controls process is in stanby mode
AUTO_LEARNING Auto learning procedure active
MANU_LEARNING Waiting for a button press in manual learning procedure
OPERATIVE The resistive steering wheel controls process is operative
